• Replicates traditional railway sleepers.
  
• Sleepers are faced on one side only.
  
• Can be used vertically to create an attractive feature - if doing so, the sleeper should be set at least 200mm into concrete footings. No more than 400mm should be visible above ground.
  
• The manufacturing process means that Woodstone Sleepers should be beddedo n mortar.
  
• If laid flat, joints should either be open (25-50mm) and completely free-draining or 8-15mm wide and fully pointed from mortar.
  
• Do not use de-icing salts or chlorine-based products on, or adjoining, the finished paving.
