Paving Online offers many Marshalls driveway and garden paving products from Marshalls Driveline 50 to Marshalls Natural Indian Stone.  Our products are generally sold by the pack or by square metre, however, some items are order selected if you do not want the full pack or want to order the number you request.


Our terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/ or placing an order you agree to be bound by these conditions that are set out below.  If you do not agree to be bound by these conditions then you may not use or access this website.

Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these conditions please contact us by email.

You are provided with free access to this website in accordance with these conditions and any orders that are placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these conditions.


1. Using Paving Online

Customers who purchase from Paving Online agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statuary rights.


2. Terms and Conditions Amendments

Paving Online reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions.  We will notify our customers by email when we make amendments to our terms and conditions.  We would like all of our customers to read the latest version of the terms and conditions so that there is no confusion when ordering from our website.  If you do not agree with any of the amendments to our terms and conditions then we ask you not to purchase any items from our website.  If you continue to use our website then this indicates that you agree to the amendments of the terms and conditions and therefore you are legally bound to them.


3. Account Registration

Any customer that wishes to register with Paving Online must be over 18 years of age. By completing registration, you warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is accurate and complete in all respects. You must notify us immediately if there are any changes to the personal information and you can contact us by e-mail or telephone.  A delay in updating your personal information could result in a delay of your delivery.

You must agree not to impersonate any other person, whether they are living or deceased. 


4. Account Passwords and Security

When you create an account with Paving Online you will be asked to create a password.  It is vital that you keep this password safe in order to prevent fraud. You will be responsible for any orders or transactions that are performed using your account.  If you suspect that someone is using your account then you must notify us immediately.


5. Suspension or cancellation of Account

Paving Online reserve the right to cancel or suspend any customers account if they breach any of the terms and conditions.
Also, if customers wish to cancel their account then they must contact Paving Online via email and we will remove their details from the website.  Once your account has been cancelled you must stop using the Paving Online website.


6. Privacy Policy

The types of personal information we will ask you for when registering with our website is as follows: Name, billing address, delivery address, email address, telephone number and password. We use this information for the following purposes:

  • Processing your order,
  • For Statistical purposes to improve this website and its services for you,
  • To administer this website,
  •  If you consent, then to notify you of new products and special offers.

You should be aware that this website is being monitored and may capture information about your visit that will help us improve the quality of our service. You will be asked upon creating account whether you would like to receive information about promotions or special offers.

Paving Online will treat all of your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.  All of the information which you provide is kept confidential, although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the following circumstances:

  • Your personal information may be disclosed to other reputable third parties who will be delivering your order. They will also treat your information with full confidentiality and comply with the Data Protection Act 1998.
  • We are entitled to provide your personal information to the Police or any other Government authority investigating illegal activity if we are asked to do so by them.

Paving Online take reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure and therefore we cannot be held liable for any loss that you may suffer if a third party has unauthorized access to any data that you provide when you are accessing or ordering from our website.

Customers can contact the Paving Online Administration team if they wish to see a copy of the details that we hold about you.


7. Our Contract

Once you have placed an order and we have received your payment we will send a confirmation email.  Goods are dispatched to the address that was inputted during registration. Paving Online rarely change product prices, however on the occasion that we do, you will pay the price that the item was on the day that you placed your order. Once your order has been placed we will confirm it via email. In the unlikely event of goods becoming unavailable or if there is a pricing mistake we will notify all of our customers about this via email.  Please make sure you read all of the Terms and Conditions as they must be accepted before we process your order.  Completing an order with Paving Online means that you are entering into a legally binding contract with us.

8. Description of products

Before you order from us, please check the ‘product description’ section. We take reasonable care to ensure that all of the details, descriptions and prices that appear on the website are correct at the time when the information is entered into the system.  We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, however, the information, such as ‘product information,’ may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order has been completed and accepted.

All measurements are given in square metre or by the pack unless stated otherwise.

9. Orders

There are numerous steps which are required in order to create a contract between the customer and Paving Online.  Those steps are as follows:

  • You place the order for your products on the website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will then be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website.
  • We will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products that you have ordered and whether they are held in stock or if they are required to be manufactured.  We will also give you an estimated dispatch date. When your item is dispatched we will send you a confirmation email.
  • Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the date of dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled in accordance with our conditions set out below.


10. Payment Method

Paving Online taking payments through Paypal and WorldPay.   If you do not wish to pay by WorldPay we can take payment over the phone or bank transfer.  *** We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties” 

We accept Paypal because we believe that it is the securest way for both the customer and our company to complete transactions.

  • It’s safe - When you pay with WorldPay your financial details are never shared so you’re more protected against fraud.  WorldPay also protects your purchase in the unlikely event that something may go wrong.
  • It’s fast - You do not have to type in your card details every time you pay for items and therefore you can complete the transaction faster than you could if you paid with a different method.
  • It’s easy - WorldPay is the preferred online payment method in the UK because it is simple to set up an account and pay for purchases. All you need is your email address and a password to pay in just a few clicks.


11. Customer Cancellations

Paving Online send orders straight to the supplier to process for delivery.  Customers who wish to cancel the goods which they have ordered may do so prior to receiving an email to confirm that their order has been dispatched. However, all cancellations will receive an admin charge.  Please allow up to 5 working days for orders to be cancelled and refunds to be made.  We will only refund the WorldPay account from which the original payment was made.

If you wish to cancel your order after you have received the confirmation email that the items have been dispatched for delivery, then you must wait for the goods to arrive and then complete the steps which are detailed in the returns policy. Customer responsible for restocking charge in a non-stock item plus haulal fees in case of cancelled.


12. Return Policy

If you receive your goods, but then decide that you do not want them, you may return the goods for a refund.  You must contact Paving Online prior to returning the goods.

You may cancel your order and return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order by getting in contact with us.  The following conditions apply:

  • The product must be new, unused, sealable and returned in its original packaging.
  • Please be aware that ONLY FULL PACKS can be returned. 
  • All Items will incur return fees that are associated with that particular item.  This means that you will have to pay the postage costs to return the item back to us.  These costs will not be refunded to you.
  • It is your responsibility to take care of any products you wish to return. We will not accept any products that have been damaged or deteriorated due to your own negligence.
  • Refunds will be made once the items are received and a confirmation email will be sent to you advising the refund amount.  Please allow up to  7 -10 working days for us to refund your bank account.
  • Customer responsible for restocking charge in a non-stock item plus haulage fees in case of cancellation. 

***Please note that if you are returning the item because you have changed your mind and there is nothing wrong with the product, then Paving Online reserve the right to charge you return fee for us to restock the item.  Paving Online also reserves the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or its packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.***


13. Paving Online Cancellations / Refusal of transactions

We reserve the right to remove or edit any products from this website.  We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.  On this occasion, a contract will not be created between Paving Online and yourself and we will also not be liable to you or any third party.

Paving Online also reserves the right to cancel the contract between ourselves and the customer if: there is insufficient stock, error in pricing (due to typographical error or incorrect pricing information), if we do not deliver to your area or if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.  In these circumstances you will be notified by email you will be refunded to your PayPal account within 30 days of the order being placed.

We are not liable for any claim of damages due to disappointment or loss of earnings.

To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into a form contracts on this website under English law you must:

  • Register with your real name, phone number, postal address, email address and any other information that we request for the purposes of completing the transaction.
  • You must possess a valid account with the registered bank account and/or debit card.


14. Dispatch of Goods

We aim to meet the specified timescales to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, unfortunately, some order may experience delays. It depends on the item you have ordered. Some products take a little longer to process due to product range and availability. We suggest before you place the order please give us a call or email to see availability on 0330 119 3333 or email:

Paving Online will notify you via email when your goods have been dispatched to you.   We aim to provide you with an accurate date on which the Goods will be ready for delivery. Where we become aware that the date for delivery may be delayed, we shall notify you as soon as possible and aim to provide you with a revised date. We will not be liable for any loss you incur, whether financial or otherwise, resulting directly or indirectly from our delay or failure to meet the date where the delay is caused by reasons outside of our control.

Where agreed, we shall deliver the Goods to any address (in the United Kingdom) you may specify (subject to appropriate instructions or directions being given). We shall notify you at the time of confirming your order of any additional delivery charges or other expenses for which you will be liable.

Any items that are not received within 14 working days of your dispatch confirmation email must contact us so that it can be investigated with the courier. We will not be responsible for any nondelivered products after this time or failure to advise accordingly.

Please note that working days are classified as Monday – Friday and exclude bank holidays. Delivery times apply to items in stock.  On the occasion that an item is not in stock we will contact you and either give you an estimated time of availability or give you a full refund. Deliveries normally occur from 7:30 am – 6:00 pm.

If you fail to take delivery of the Goods or fail to give us adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery, then we reserve the right to store the Goods until actual delivery and charge you for the reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage or subsequent delivery charges which we may incur.

15. Delivery Address

We will deliver to the site provided that there is a suitable road to the point where delivery is requested. If no such road exists, delivery will be made to the nearest point at which, in the driver’s opinion, the vehicle can safely and lawfully unload. Except where we use a vehicle-mounted crane/fork truck, you shall be responsible for safely and lawfully unloading the goods and shall provide all necessary labour and equipment. 

Any dates and times we specify for the delivery of the goods are an estimate. We shall not be liable to you if we do not deliver on or at any particular date or time. Time for delivery shall not be made of the essence by notice.

Any query about delivery shall be made as soon as possible and in any event within twenty-eight days of the date when the goods would in the ordinary course of events have been delivered else the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in accordance with the contract.

We shall not be responsible for taking back any non-chargeable packaging/pallets.  

Someone must be available to sign for the goods during normal working hours and this person should be known to you.  We will not be held responsible if the person signing for the goods is not the person who has placed the order/paid for the goods.  We will equally not be held responsible if the incorrect address details have been supplied.

16. Delivery Methods

Paving Online will use different couriers depending on the size of the order and so the delivery methods will vary.


17. Acceptance of Goods

Paving Online may offer an exchange or refund for any damaged or faulty goods in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979.   The goods must be fit for their purpose and sold in the condition that they are described.  All goods must be checked by you upon arrival.  If you can see that your delivery has arrived damaged we ask for you to sign for it as “damaged” on arrival.  If the goods are damaged or defective we ask you to provide photographic evidence and we also must be notified of any issues via email within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.  

Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.  Our liability is limited to the cost of goods only.  We will not be liable for any indirect loss or consequential loss that may arise.  The customer is responsible for the goods once the delivery has been made.  This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Paving Online cannot accept returns for items which we are not notified of by the customer within 48 hours of receiving the goods.  We also cannot accept the return of items which were received in the appropriate condition and then they have been used.

If we are not notified of any problems within 48 hours of receiving the goods then we will assume that the customer is happy with their order and the contract is complete.

18. Product Quality

The colours depicted on the website are as accurate as technology allows.  Paving Online advises all of its customers to order a sample of the product prior to purchase.  On products such as Natural Indian Stone, we recommend a range of samples are viewed as each component will have considerable colour deviations, texture and markings. Similarly, product sizes may vary slightly from those described.  We will not be liable for any claim of damages for orders which have arrived and are not as the customer expected.

Paving Online tries to ensure that all of the material included on the website is correct.  If Paving Online is informed of any inaccuracies in the site we will correct them as soon as possible.

All images included on this website are copyrighted and we have the correct license from Marshalls to use them.
